Mrs. Hughes

 I am so excited to teach Gourmet Foods  at Stone Bridge.  I am passionate about preparing food with natural wholesome ingredients and am excited to teach students how to prepare delicious food.  This summer I have been experimenting with all the amazing foods that you can make in a mug in your microwave.  My family's favorite so far is a decadent chocolate zucchini soufflé.  I love to hang out with my dogs and family, paddle board, box and   water aerobics.  This is my 16th year of teaching.  I have taught 2nd grade through undergraduate classes for Texas A & M. Working with students is my favorite part of teaching and I am so excited to work with students in the kitchen this year.
