I am excited to begin a new school year as cccupational therapist at Lowes Island Elementary! I look forward to working with your child and watching him/her grow and improve their motor skills to enhance learning experiences.
My background is diverse, which I like to think helps me to have a broader perspective when working with my students. I was born and raised in Lithuania where I received an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Special Education, and then earned my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Tuft’s University while living here in US. I joined LCPS 15 years ago and so happy to have Lowes Island Elementary as my home school. I worked in DC Public Schools and Arlington Public Schools prior to joining LCPS. I love the school environment and working with kids who think and learn differently from their typical peers. I have one daughter and enjoy seeing her build her own life full of opportunities.
