Mrs. Terri McConnell was born in Leesburg and was raised in Western Loudoun County.  She is a graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. She received her Bachelors Degree from Frostburg State University and received her Masters Degree through Walden University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.  Mrs. McConnell has been teaching in Loudoun County for 25 years in three different high schools including Broad Run, Potomac Falls, and for the past 23 years, Loudoun Valley.
