Andrew Policelli

Mr. Policelli earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from George Mason University.  After graduating he spent several years working in the financial services and insurance industries.  Mr. Policelli then went on to earn his Certificate in French Baking and Pastry in Paris, France.  Prior to teaching at Loudoun County High School, Mr. Policelli worked as a Pastry Chef and then taught Culinary Arts for 9 years at a local college.

Mr. Policelli lives with his family in Leesburg.  He and his wife also own their own Wedding and Specialty Cake business.
