Registration is still open for the 2020-21 school year.  Parents may pre-register online or with paper version by submitting all registration requirements with your child's zoned school.  Once you have submitted the online pre-registration, please email your school to schedule your registration appointment.  Check the Attendance Boundary E-Listing to determine your zoned school.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

Only NEW students need to register for the new school year.  Existing students will already be rolled and counted for next year.

At the beginning of the Online Pre-registration process, be sure to select the proper school year!

Parents registering their children must provide proof of age, identity, county residency and immunizations. Review Documents Needed to Register for examples of acceptable verification documentation that must be provided to the school. If you are unable to produce these items, please contact the Senior Registrar at patti.spurlock@lcps.org or 571-252-1238.

After you submit the online pre-registration, please contact your school to schedule an appointment to finalize the registration. Contact your school for a registration appointment date. You can find the email address for the registrar on the school website.

Parents must have an active ParentVUE account to pre-register students. The District Online Pre-registration page has step by step directions to create or activate an account for families new to LCPS, existing families and returning families.

PAPER REGISTRATION

To register with a paper version, Download Registration Forms. The Parent Registration Checklist (Spanish) is a helpful reminder of all required papers.

FINALIZING REGISTRATION

Once you have used the Online Pre-registration portal or completed all Paper Registration Forms, contact your child's zoned school to make a registration appointment. You must be residing in Loudoun County. Registrations will not be finalized until all required documentation has been accepted in person by the school.
