LCPS has updated our Technical Support help line and they are there to help Monday-Friday, 8 Am- 5 PM.  This phone number is to be used for all LCPS families that are experiencing any technical problems/issues on their school issued Chromebook as well as any log-in issues and password resets.

 Hybrid Students:

***While in the building, students need to let their teacher know of any issues or problems

Distance Learning Students:

• Parents need to CALL Technical Support:   (571) 252-2112 

Using the tech support number phone number will help to resolve issues in the most efficient and timely manner.

The Technology Support Center will be staffed from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
