Mrs. Christi Campbell

Hello Lightning! My name is Mrs. Campbell. To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a two time graduate of George Mason University where I actually began my career in the Office of Admissions. After four years, I transitioned to Fairfax County Public Schools where I was a career center specialist and school counselor for 10 years. In 2012, I moved across the border to Loudoun County to open John Champe High School as the Director of School Counseling. While I was at Champe, our data driven school counseling program was awarded the American School Counselor’s Association coveted RAMP award in 2014.

It is exciting to be able to open another high school in LCPS! Lightridge High School is going to be a school that students want to go to! I look forward to working with the Lightning staff to bring innovative and new ideas to the educational environment.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My husband, who was also a school counselor, recently retired and can often be seen at Dulles Multipurpose Center. My daughter is a graduate of Freedom High School and currently attends UNC Wilmington and my son is a student at Freedom High School, active in guitar and tech for theatre. Walking and snuggling with my Maltipoo Miley is always a good stress relief!
