Mrs. Lori Timmes

My name is Lori Timmes and this will be my 20th year teaching P.E. at Sully Elementary. I am committed to sharing my passion and enthusiasm for physical fitness and lifelong activities with every student. I am very excited about working with all my Sully Hornets next school year.

I graduated from Rowan University in 1998 with a degree in health and physical education. I graduated from Montclair State University in 2003 with my master’s degree in physical education. Next year will be my 26th teaching health and physical education.

My favorite sports are field hockey and tennis. I love hiking and being outdoors!

Physical education is designed to develop each child’s physical, social and emotional learning through a series of carefully planned and conducted activities. Children are at different developmental levels, with different needs and interests. For this reason, activities are geared towards a wide range of skill and fitness levels. All children are encouraged to work towards their personal best! Cooperation and sportsmanship will be stressed at each grade level. These qualities are essential when students are participating in small groups, working with partners and cooperative games. My educational program is designed to develop skillful, fit and knowledgeable movers who will enjoy a lifetime of participation in physical activities. In my physical education class, “Every Child Is A Winner!”

Mr. Jeremy Seipp

I graduated from Washington & Lee high school in Arlington, VA. I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from James Madison University (GO DUKES!). This will be my 7th year in education and my 3rd year with Loudoun County. I played D3 baseball at Roanoke College and have been coaching high school and travel baseball for over 10 years. When I am not teaching or coaching, I love to spend time hanging with my big family, mountain biking or hiking, jammin’ on my drum kit, or playing Nintendo games with friends.
