Hello Hornets! I am the Instructional Facilitator of Technology, or IFT, at Sully. That means I am here to help students, staff, and parents with their educational technology use. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you might have about the technology resources available at Sully. I have been in Loudoun County since 2014 and have been teaching since 2010 having previously taught preschool, kindergarten, fourth, and fifth grades in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Roanoke City, and even Beijing, China! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a daughter, teacher-husband, Bernese Mountain Dog, and a cat. I love traveling and look forward to each new adventure I get to take.

My name is Annamarie Frost and I am a School Based Instructional Facilitator. I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with minors in elementary education and general music in 2013.  I stayed an extra year to earn my Master of Arts in Teaching degree in 2014.  As of August 2023, I will have completed my Post Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Washington University.

This will be my 10th year working at Sully Elementary School!  I started my teaching career as a third grade teacher for six years and a second grade teacher for one year before becoming Sully's School Based Instructional Facilitator in 2021.  Now, I support individual teachers through coaching that provides feedback, and more importantly, develops teachers' ability to set goals and grow in their practice. I also collaborate with grade level teams to plan engaging lessons and units of study for students.    

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending concerts & sporting events, and traveling. I look forward to a great year!
