Troubleshooting Technology at Home
Staff and students can receive technical support through one of the following methods:
- Call RLC from 7:30-3:30 to speak with John King, our Digital Experience Specialist (DES) 703-957-4490
- Submit an incident through the Support Center website (http://supportcenter.lcps.org)
- Email your question to DDI-TechnologySupportCenter@lcps.org
Replacement for Lost/Stolen Chargers, Chromebooks, or Staff Laptops
For computers: Contact the LCPS Technology Support Center 571-252-2112, Mon.-Fri. 7:30 AM-5:00 PM. Please note that if the computer was stolen, a police report will be required for insurance purposes.
For chargers: You may purchase a replacement charger from https://bit.ly/LCPSTechPurchase. Alternatively, you may use the open market to find a replacement so long as the model of the charger is an official Lenovo replacement and not a 3rd party brand. If you do not return your charger at the time of turn-in, you may be invoiced by the school division.
