I have been blessed to have been a part of the SRM family since fall of 2019.  As a dean, my main goal is to build strong and lasting relationships with our students, parents, and staff.  With a focus on student growth from year-to-year, we work together to strengthen our CORE (Confidence, Ownership, Respect, Empathy). I want to ensure that we offer a safe risk-taking environment that allows our students to fail forward, grow, and feel prepared for the next chapter of their lives.

I grew up all over as an Army brat.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Science and Biology and my Master’s Degree in Teaching from Coastal Carolina University.  I also earned my Doctoral Degree in K-12 Leadership from Regent University. Prior to beginning my role at Seneca Ridge in 2019, I was an instructional facilitator at Guilford Elementary, taught 7th grade Life Science at Trailside Middle School and Warren County Middle School, and taught various high school sciences at Lancaster High School. I have a wonderful husband who is a high school teacher and coach, and 3 amazing children - Lorelei, Mikaela, and Christian.
