Degrees and Certifications:

The Academies of Loudoun Yearbook is a student/adviser-run publication that tells the story of the school year in words and pictures. It’s a history book and a memory book, but also a journalism laboratory that encourages students to learn through hands-on experience.

We plan, design via computer software, write, edit, and take pictures during the production of the yearbook with a goal of including everyone in the school. Students gain a sense of fulfillment both during and after production while gaining valuable skills in design, communication, and sales. We work hard throughout the year to make the yearbook a reality.
