Mr. Antonio Ford

My name is Mr. Ford and I am so thrilled to start my first year at Lovettsville as one of the music teachers. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. Go Chiefs!! I received my Bachelors of Music Education and a Performance Certificate in Voice from Shenandoah Conservatory at Shenandoah University in the spring of 2018. I am currently pursuing an Administrative Leadership degree from George Washington University. I live in the Ashburn area with my partner and two adorable cats, Aria Jazz and Zues.

This will be my fifth year teaching music in Loudoun County! I spent my first four years teaching at Hamilton Elementary. Prior to joining the Hamilton team, I did my student teaching experience here at Lovetssville with Mrs. Sarah Stillman. I am excited to share musical experiences with our Lovettsville Bears and can't wait for the many music performances throughout the year! I am always looking for parent supporters and volunteers! Please reach out to the PTO to find out how you can help make our music programs successful!

Mrs. Melanie Stetz

My name is Melanie Stetz,  and I am excited to be back at Lovettsville for a 5th year!  This is my 23rd year teaching elementary music all of which have been in Loudoun County.  I earned my degree in Music Education from Shenandoah University where I was a member of the Conservatory Choir, Chamber Choir and Shenandoah Singers.  I had the wonderful opportunity to tour Germany, Italy, France and Brazil with those choirs.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my kids play soccer, walking my dog Cooper and traveling.  I am looking forward to another musical year with the Lovettsville Bears!
