Ms. Ives’s experience in education began in 1988 and includes both independent and public schools. She has taught social studies, math, and English. English has been a constant in her teaching career since 1990. Her Bachelor of Arts in English is from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She earned a Masters in Curriculum and Supervision from Vanderbilt University in 1993.Ms. Ives has been teaching English at Loudoun County High School since August 1999.
