Welcome back Mavericks! I am excited about beginning my 4th year at Smart’s Mill teaching 7^th grade Life Science! Before becoming a teacher, I was a Shark Biologist studying learning and behavior of both captive and wild sharks. I received my Master of Science degree in Environmental Science & Biology from SUNY Brockport (NY). I live in Loudoun County with my husband, twin sons and two snakes.

I am looking forward to an exciting school year!
