A Little About MeHello there! My name is April Hereford. Most staff and students call me Ms. H. This is my second year at Potomac Falls High School, this is my eleventh year with the county . I have been working with children of all ages and different abilities since October 2000. I have a Bachelors of Art in English from Univeristy of Phoenix and am purusing my Masters degree in Special Education. My biggest strength is my compassion for working with children and building relationships with them. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with my students! When I'm not at work, you can usually find me at the movies, going out to eat, spending time with my family/friends or spending time with my cats.Office HoursI am available for virtual office hours by appointment on Mondays, and during our regularly scheduled Learning Lab after every class period.The best way to reach me is at April.Hereford@lcps.org, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. I will do my best to ensure that e-mails received during the work week will be responded to within 24 hours; e-mails received after hours, on holidays, and during weekends will be responded to on the next business day.
