Welcome to Music at Waxpool!

All students in Grades K-5 receive music instruction for 50 minutes once a week with Mrs. Schiffler or Mrs. Williams. In music, we focus on the national artistic processes of creating, performing, responding, and connecting. We experience these processes by singing, movement, playing instruments, reading and writing music notation, evaluating music, and creating music. Our goal is to help our musicians develop their skills in a "tuneful, beatful, and artful" way. It is our hope that these musical skills will stay with them for a lifetime.
