I am beyond excited to be Meadowland’s School Based Instructional Facilitator this year. I love Meadowland and the community and look forward to serving in my new role.
The 2019 - 2020 school year will be my 22nd year in education and my 13th year at Meadowland. I have taught 4th grade, 5th grade, Title One Reading, and technology. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sul Ross State University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico. I also have an endorsement in English as a Second Language.
I believe we are all lifelong learners. I have learned so much during my years teaching at Meadowland, from Pathways Reading to Coding. I look forward to learning so much more, helping students and staff, and working with our administration.
I am originally from Texas. I grew up in Del Rio, Texas, but call San Antonio home. In my spare time, I like to read, go on hikes, go to the beach, and spend time with my family and friends. I travel to Texas every chance I get. Please feel free to contact me at any time and I know this will be a wonderful school year at Meadowland.
