Cathy Sweeney

I obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee.   Before becoming an Instructional Learning Facilitator, I worked as a Cancer Program Manager.  My experience with high school students began in 2005 when I worked with at risk youth within the LCPS system and Loudoun County Government.  I came to Douglass School in 2015.  I currently work in the Independent Learning Center and the Substance Use Education Program at Douglass School.  

Our Douglass students never cease to amaze me with their boldness, candor, and resilience.
