This will be Ms. Anderson's first year at Belmont Ridge Middle School. She comes all the way from Naperville, IL along with her love of all Chicago sports teams!

Prior to joining the Belmont Ridge River Hawks, Ms. Anderson achieved a Bachelor of Science in Middle Level Education with a concentration in Mathematics as well as a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. As a Nittany Lion, Ms. Anderson was captain of the Women's Club Water Polo team where she developed her positive character traits of leadership, teamwork, and enthusiasm. 

Ms. Anderson's goal in room B10 is to create a safe learning environment that reaches Math 7 students of all learning styles and abilities. She compares her role as an educator to that of a good coach: A good coach knows her sport, knows her athletes, and celebrates not only their journey but also her own.
