Dr. Paul Williams grew up in Sacramento, California and completed his Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Political Science at Cal Berkeley before continuing doctoral studies at UCLA. He brings years of experience as a college instructor of Political Science and International Relations, both in the United States and overseas. A career switcher who obtained a Virginia licensure in Social Sciences, Dr. Williams has been at Tuscarora High School since 2019. He currently teaches U.S. & V.A. Government, including the NOVA Loudoun-affiliated Dual Enrollment (DE) course PLS 135: American National Government.
