I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, where I attended school at Strasburg High School. After high school, I attended college and started a career in radio broadcasting. I did that for several years, and while broadcasting a high school football game I decided I was going to go back to school to become a teacher and coach. I enrolled at Bridgewater College where I graduated in 2015.

I began working in Warren County teaching the 4th grade. I worked there for three years where I became the leader of the PBIS program and the team leader for the grade.

This is my first year working in Loudoun County and I am very excited. I have heard wonderful things about Ashburn Elementary and I look forward to joining this community.  

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my soon to be three year old daughter. On the weekends, there is a good chance you can find me on the golf course. I also enjoy watching my favorite sports teams; Florida State Seminoles, Washington Nationals, and the San Francisco 49ers.
