Jessica Mitchell

I am so excited to be the English Language teacher at Kenneth Culbert Elementary School. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in English as as Second Language. I started my teaching career in California, where I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades for 12 years. When my family and I moved to Virginia I accepted a position teaching 4th grade for LCPS, and eventually moved into my current position as the English Language specialist at KWC. Crocs rock!
