    Shelley Young and her husband, Allen, have been Loudoun County residents for 25 years. Avid travelers, they have lived abroad in Germany, Japan, and England. Both of her daughters graduated from Loudoun County Public Schools. Shelley has spent  14 years in Loudoun County Public Schools, mostly Tolbert Elementary and Heritage High School. When she’s not in the main office at Lucketts, she can be found planning her next travels.
