Anastasia Kim Carpenter has 20+ years education experience in dance, health, nutrition, and fitness industry. She has a degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary and is a Health and Physical Education Teacher. Anastasia is an advocate for food allergy research, raising over $60,000 for John Hopkins Children's Center and $6,000 for local dance studios/companies through her production "The One I feed" Dance Benefit. She is a personal trainer, dance instructor/choreographer (especially Vaganova Ballet), and fitness group instructor. She routinely hikes, travels, motorcycles, tends to her vegetable and flower gardens and creates art. Most of all she loves to care for her family of 6 (plus a lot of pets) with healthy and holistic living as the priority.
