Hello,

I am incredibly excited to be a starting my third year as a Timberwolf Pack member. I am a native Floridian who moved to Virginia in 2013.  I received a Bachelors in Guitar Performance from Florida Southern College and a Masters in Education from George Mason University.  I spent a decade teaching and performing on the guitar throughout the Tampa Bay area before working in public schools. I have taught elementary music for Hillsborough County Schools in Florida and Manassas CIty Schools here in Virginia.  I also have experience teaching beginning band and orchestra. This will be my 10th year as a public educator. I maintain a small studio of guitar lessons and I am working on developing curriculum for students to learn guitar in blended and online environments.

In my spare time I like going on outdoor adventures such as camping, mountain biking, and hiking.   I currently live in Haymarket with my wife, 5 year old daughter, 1 year old baby girl, and Shar Pei Brutus.
