Mrs. Kim Woodward

My name is Kim Woodward and I am thrilled to be returning for my third year at Evergreen Mill Elementary! This is my eighth year as a School Counselor in Loudoun County, and I have also worked as a Spanish teacher.  I received my B.A. from The George Washington University in Anthropology and my Master's in School Counseling from George Mason University.  I have lived in Venezuela, Indonesia and Italy and I love to travel!  When I'm at home I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children (my son and daughter are both in college) and my three cats and golden retriever.  I love sports, especially hockey and soccer.  When I'm not following my favorite teams, I love to read, bake, and spend time outdoors.

I consider it a privilege to work with children and I'm passionate about helping students navigate the wonderful world we share.  I look forward to getting to know each and every student and their amazing families.
