General Information

  • My name is Erin Mastrangelo and I am delighted to serve as your Parent Liaison.  Loudoun County Public Schools has not only been a part of my professional life, I am also a proud graduate of our great school system. After completing my undergraduate degree at James Madison University, I became the Head Athletic Trainer for Park View High School and then Heritage High School.  I returned as the School Test Coordinator for Park View High School and then John Champe High School after completing my master's degree at Louisiana State University.

As your Parent Liaison, I am here to work with you to ensure your student has the resources needed to have a successful school experience.  These resources look different for every family, some examples include food, clothing, medical, or school supply assistance.  For others, it may be helping connect parents to the appropriate LCPS staff.

All information shared is confidential!  If I may be of assistance, please contact me.  I can be reached at (540) 367-4040 or

    Willard MS Needs Network

Throughout the year, some of our students may need help with items such as school supplies, coats, shoes, food, gift cards, etc. Families may also experience unforeseen life changing events and will need our assistance. With a large group of Willard MS Needs Network members, contributions on an as needed basis can make a significant difference.

Please consider participating in the Willard MS Needs Network by completing the Google form below. All volunteers will remain anonymous and will be contacted as the need arises.  If you have any questions, please send me an email.
