Professional Biography Hillary Klein
Learning SpecialistBIOGRAPHY:
Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!
I've worked in Loudoun County Public Schools for seven years in a variety of K-12
special education classrooms, and this will be my second year as
a Learning Specialist at Riverside High School. I am currently pursuing
my Master's Degree in Special Education at George Mason University and have
an undergraduate degree from Marymount University in International Business.
Prior to working in education, I spent fifteen years in account management
roles in DC advertising and marketing firms. This year I will be teaching
English 10A and English 12A, and look forward to combining my work experience
with my passion for reading, writing and communication.
A few of my many goals this year are to inspire my students to: be excited about
learning, see the value in oral and written communication,
to collaborate with their peers, and apply these new skills in their everyday lives.
I am a native Northern Virginian and when I am not with my
RamFamily, I love spending my free time with my own family
here in Leesburg, VA.
I look forward to a great year!
