Professional Biography Rachel Caudill
LatinSalvete, omnes!I was born and raised in Loudoun County, and I graduated from Park View High School. I am looking forward to my first year at Riverside High School! After graduating high school, I went to Johns Hopkins University, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Classics and Near Eastern Studies. Prior to teaching Latin at Riverside High School, I have worked as a High School teacher in Spotsylvania County (where I had a Latin Club of about 70 students), and as a middle school teacher in Spotsylvania County. I am excited to get students involved in Virginia Junior Classical League, which boasts a MASSIVE convention every November in Richmond. I will talk about this a lot in the first month of school, so get excited, too!!When I am not in the classroom, I love traveling, reading voraciously, and spending time with my loved ones. Please, do not hesitate to contact me via email (rcaudill@lcps.org). Because I am between two buildings, email is always the best way to reach me.~~ N.B.: Students, I will ONLY respond to your emails when you use your school email. ~~My 2019 - 2020 Schedule:
