    BIOGRAPHY

Hallo!  Ich bin die neue Deutschlehrerin bei Riverside!  I've been teaching for over 15 years.  I started teaching university German while earning my Master's Degree at the University of Arizona, and then did student teaching in German and English while still living in Tucson.  In 2004, I moved to Virginia, and taught for Prince William and Loudoun Counties.  I left Seneca Ridge and River Bend MS in 2012 to move to Beijing to teach ESOL and English.  I taught students from China, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Russia in grades 7-11, and tutored German on the side.  What an amazing experience!

When I cam back from China, I worked for Fairfax County schools, but I'm so excited to be back in Loudoun!  I look forward to working with everyone this year, growing our awesome German program and having fun in German Club and German Honor Society
