Ms. Hundertmark

Hello!  I'm looking forward to another great school year at Arcola!  This is my sixth year at Arcola and second year as an English Language Learner Teacher. I taught first grade for 3 years and was the PALS Tutor  (worked with students on early literacy intervention) for a year.  I feel very fortunate to be with such a great school community!  I earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland -- Go Terps! -- and a M.A. in Teaching Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Trinity Washington University.  I've had the unique opportunity to teach in both public and Montessori schools.  Although I grew up in Pennsylvania and Maryland, I have lived in Ashburn with my family for many years.  I'm looking forward to working with your children as they learn and grow this school year!
