Hi, my name is Jessica Thoppil and I am excited to begin my fourth year of teaching fourth grade at Moorefield Station! I grew up in Loudoun County and attended Loudoun County Public Schools grades 1 - 12. I graduated from James Madison University in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies and in May 2019 with a Master's degree in Elementary Education.

I can’t wait to get to know my students and their families and am excited to work together to build a positive and encouraging classroom community. I will strive to reach each student by providing differentiated instruction in a respectful learning environment. My goal is for my students to enjoy learning so they are motivated to reach their full potential each and every day in the classroom and beyond.

In my free time, I love being outdoors, spending time with my family and friends and also enjoy drawing, painting, and reading. I am looking forward to a great year in fourth grade at Moorefield Station!
