Mrs. Riesz
Mrs. Riesz (pronounced “reece”) is the Library Assistant at Harper Park. Originally from Southeastern Pennsylvania, she has lived in Northern VA since 2004 and in Leesburg since 2010. She received a BA in Art from Millersville University; Lancaster, PA. While in PA, she spent several years enjoying a career as a Graphic Designer.
Mrs. Riesz has volunteered in Loudoun County school district for over 10 years and was a substitute teacher for 4 years. In that time, she found a love of school libraries. She's excited to be starting Year 4 in the Harper Park library, helping students reach their reading and creative goals with all our library has to offer! She especially enjoys reading YA Realistic Fiction.
She loves spending time outside of school with her husband and 2 teenage daughters. She also enjoys reading (of course!) photography, hiking, and visiting family & friends.
