Mrs. Fiona Brown, LPC

Mrs. Brown is a Student Assistance Specialist assigned to the Rock Ridge cluster of schools. She has over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment and is Licensed as a Professional Counselor in Virginia. She joined LCPS in 2017 to reach students in a more preventative role. Mrs. Brown provides education and support to students, staff and parents related to mental health and substance use through presentations, consultation and individual and group sessions. Individual and group support are voluntary, confidential and available to all students. Mrs. Brown supports the Sources of Strength initiative by leading trainings and providing consultation to staff. Mrs. Brown loves to engage with students and parents and invites them to reach out directly through email.
