    Ms. Dowd is entering her second year here at Freedom High School. She will be teaching Algebra 1 and Geometry. Ms. Dowd graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelors of Science in Education Degree. She grew up in Souderton Pennsylvania and moved to Leesburg Virginia in August 2018.
