Hello everyone!!  My Name is Dr. Ann Finan.

I have been a teacher for over 20 years. I have taught everything from pre-school to college.  I am excited about being one of the 8th grade co-teachers in Science this year.I went to college at Drew University in New Jersey. I earned my Master's from George Mason University and earned my Doctorate in Education from Shenandoah University.   I come from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and am a passionate Eagles fan.  I have 2 children. One went to Radford and the other is a nursing student in Arizona.  My husband and I live in Ashburn, Virginia with our 2 dogs.  I am looking forward to the challenge of 8th grade Science and can't wait to get started.
