Teacher Biography

This is Matt Korona's third year as an Instructional Facilitator, Technology at Freedom High School. Before becoming Freedom's IFT, he taught middle school language arts in Prince William County for eight years. Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies at George Mason University specializing in Literacy/Reading and Designing Digital Learning in Schools. Additionally, he has earned a M.Ed. in English and Communications Education from the University of Pittsbugh as well as Bachelor's Degrees in Secondary Education and Communication Studies from California University of Pennsylvania.
