    The 2018-19 school year will mark Mrs. Stitt's eleventh year at Heritage High School, but her 15th year in Loudoun County; she has also taught in Tennessee and Kansas.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a Master's degree in Education from Emporia State University.  Prior to becoming a teacher, Mrs. Stitt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Murray State University and worked in the newspaper and banking industries.
