Ms. Garnier

Hello and welcome!  This will be my sixth year teaching English Language Arts at Smart's Mill.   I am a native Leesburger and a graduate of Loudoun County Public Schools.  I hold a BA in English Literature and an MAT in Secondary Education from Christopher Newport University. (Go Captains!)  I taught English in Newport News, VA, and San Pedro, Belize before returning home to teach for LCPS.  When I'm not in the classroom, I love curling up with a good book, riding roller coasters, running obstacle course races, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and cuddling with my dog and assorted pet reptiles.  I am so excited to begin our English journey together.  This is going to be an exceptional year!
