Ms. Ellen Milligan

I am excited to begin my fifth year in Loudoun County and at Smart's Mill Middle School as an instructional specialist.  I have voer 20 years of experience at both the middle and high school level in other parts of Virginia.  I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Longwood University, and a Masters in Special Education from Old Dominion University.  I grew up in Frederick County, Virginia, and have moved back to that area in the past few years, so Loudoun County is very familiar territory to me.  This is going to be a tremendous year!  Go Mavericks!
