Mr. Robert Group

Welcome to Trailside Middle School. This is my fourteenth year teaching and my sixth with Loudoun County Public Schools. I have previous experience working with Jefferson County Schools (WV) as a middle school physical education teacher. This year, I am teaching Health & Physical Education for 6th and 7th grades.

I was born, raised and attended high school in Pennsylvania. I continued my education at Shepherd University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in K-12 Health and Physical Education. Throughout high school, I participated in many sports including basketball, baseball and football. I currently reside in Jefferson County, WV with my family. We are avid baseball fans and enjoy visiting Minor and Major League Baseball stadiums.

I am excited to provide students with quality oppurtunities to learn new skills and be physically active throughout their lives. I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with my family. I look forward to a great school year.
