• Mrs. Beth Samson is excited to be a part of the Evergreen Mill Pythons team! Mrs. Samson teaches music at Catoctin on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and at Evergreen Mill on Tuesday and Thursday. She previously taught music in Roanoke City Public Schools, in Fayette County Schools in Lexington, Kentucky, and in Prince William County. She graduated with a music education degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She also earned her Master’s Degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, Massachusetts. Before teaching music in public schools, Mrs. Samson worked as a case manager with an at-risk health population. She fell in love with teaching music while working as a substitute in Loudoun County Schools when her children were in elementary school in Purcellville, Virginia. She has two young adult children who are working and studying in Lexington, Kentucky. She and her husband, Will, live in Ashburn. Mrs. Samson is excited to create music with students at Evergreen Mill Elementary!
