Welcome to 3rd grade! Miss Wong cannot wait to start teaching at Frederick Douglass Elementary! Miss Wong has a Bachelors of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology and a Masters of Education in Instruction and Learning from the University of Pittsburgh. She is certified to teach Elementary and Special Education. She grew up in an area just north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but recently moved to Loudoun County. Miss Wong is extremely excited to begin shining with her new third grade stars!
