Ms. Amanda Helsley

Hello! My name is Amanda Hollingsworth, and I am excited to be at Hillside again this year! This will be my fourteenth year of teaching and my 6th year in Loudoun!

I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's in Music Education in 2009 and earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2010. I also have a graduate certificate in Adult & Organizational Learning from Northeastern University. I am a clarinetist, vocalist, and novice guitar player. I enjoy teaching folk dancing, creative movement, and music literacy. In my free time, I enjoy reading, practicing calligraphy, building miniature models, and spending time with my family.
