Mrs. Vela
Mrs. Vela is very excited to join the English Learners (EL) department at Potowmack Elementary. She earned her M.Ed in Bilingual Education & English as a Second Language from Southern Methodist University. Mrs. Vela is endorsed by the State of Virginia to teach Elementary Education PreK-6, English as a Second Language PreK-12, and Spanish PreK-12. Before joining Loudoun County, she previously taught in Prince William County and in the State of Texas.
