Health, PE & Driver Ed Courses
Virtual HPE courses require a total of 60 hours of varied physical activity that must be tracked by an approved activity device or mobile app (see Activity Band Requests page for the list of approved apps) in addition to a health and/or driver education curriculum. Meeting this activity requirement can be challenging within the 15 or 10-week virtual term. Students need to be sure to log and track activity weekly for full credit. Physical activity requirements cannot be waived or reduced. Students who cannot meet the 60-hour activity requirement should speak to their School Counselor to discuss other options.
