We're All Human

  • Who are we?

In conjunction with the Ryan Bartel Foundation, "We're All Human" is a student committee of teens helping other teens. Teens are empowered to lead the way in determining what they can do to change the dialogue about suicide and create a cultural change of behavior, where everyone is accepted, not judged and teens help other teens who are struggling.

At BRHS, "We're All Human" is an unconventional suicide prevention club. Instead of focusing on last-minute intervention, we seek to empower students to recognize signs of problems and to mitigate them by promoting kindness, generosity, and other positive and adaptive traits.

Join at any time! Whether you are a long-time officer or a newcomer, we welcome suggestions from everyone. There are no official membership requirements, although we strongly encourage regularly attending meetings to learn about upcoming activities.

We usually meet every other Tuesday at 8:15 in the Career Center. However, we aren't very consistent. Follow our Remind at @brhswah for precise meeting dates and times.
