    I am Debbie Scipioni with LCPS Department of Digital Innovation. I am one of the Digital Experience Specialists @ Potomac Falls High School providing technical support to faculty and students. There are several ways to receive support if you are experiencing technical issues with your computer or Chromebook.

    You can submit a trouble ticket using the Support Center Icon in LCPSGo: https://lcps-amc.saasit.com/.

    If it is during school hours, stop by the tech. support office in the media center.

    Remote assistance is available by calling or emailing the Technology Support Center

    They are available Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm (excluding holidays).

    Lost chargers (Student or Teacher) can be ordered using the following links. Staff and students are responsible for the cost of replacing lost chargers.
