Ms. Buchko, Lara
- I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Eat N'Park, french fries on sandwiches and salads are the best).
- I have played the violin since I was four and received full scholarships to college.
- I bleed blue and white as I attended Penn State University (the Creamery has the best ice cream).
- I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance and a Master's Degree in Music Education.
- I was a Castmemeber (violinist) for Walt Disney World. I performed in their shows and weddings (Cinderella's glass slipper and carriage do make appearances during weddings).
- I have played with the Orlando Philharmonic, Florida Chamber Orchestra, and currently play with the National String Symphonia.
- I have taught middle and high school orchestra for over eight years.
- I enjoy any outisde activity and run almost daily so I can eat chocolate chip cookies.
- I have water and coffee running through my veins all day.
- My husband is a band director so we have a lot of music in our house.
- We have a cat named Barnsley who likes to drink water from the sink and enjoys sitting on our deck.
